Interior maintenance services

Handle and deadbolt installation: $10 - $30 per handle, plus cost of materials required 

Interior/ exterior door installation: $25 - $110 per door, plus cost of materials required 

Light bulb changing: $25 an hour, minimum 1 hour charge, plus cost of materials required 

Light fixture/ ceiling fan installation: $15 - $90 per, plus cost of materials required

Appliance installation: $65 - $100 per appliance, delivered and installed 

Blind/ curtain installation: $30 an hour,  minimum 1.5 hour charge, plus cost of materials required.

Tub / shower siliconing:$40 - $100 per tub, included the cost of materials needed

Mirror installation: $30 an hour, per person,  minimum 1 hour charge, plus cost of materials 

Shelf hanging: $30 an hour, per person, minimum 1 hour charge, plus cost of materials if we buy them 

Window screen replacement/building: $35 per hour, minimum 2 hour charge, plus the cost of the materials required to do so 

 

Ceiling tile installation: $35 an hour, per person, minimum 1 hour charge, plus the cost of materials if required  

Light maintenance inspection: change batteries in door codes, fire alarms, thermostats, replace if necessary, change light bulbs throughout, change furnace filter, walk through for damages, unclog/ check dryer vent, make sure there’s no leaks/ all plumbing is secure, check toilets for running water: $150

(Additional costs if any replacement or work is needed, based by the extent of the work needed, and supplies, or if it’s required to subcontract)
